Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MIDLAND account and navigate to your order history to select the electronics you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all original accessories, manuals, and cables are included in the box, and perform a factory reset on any devices containing personal data.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
